Above all, when doing so makes a difference, we challenge the status quo. Job Role OverviewA fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Customer Marketing Manager to join our Marketing Team, on a maternity cover basis in our customer focussed marketing strand.

The person in this role will lead the customer marketing team, developing and delivering the strategy for communications to existing APM customers. This team will focus on customer retention by focussing on APMs: Proposition: ensuring existing customers take advantage of their benefitsInformation: ensuring existing customers engage with important APM updatesPromotion: ensuring existing customers purchase APM products including events tickets and publicationsThis team will focus on the following audiences: All individual member categoriesQualification holdersVolunteersTrusteesExperience and knowledgeMinimum three years experience in customer marketing or related rolesExperience of developing and executing successful customer marketing strategiesExperience of customer lifecycles, journey mapping, segmentation and targeting strategiesExperience of working with email marketing tools, CRM systems, social media and other relevant customer marketing channelsExperience of writing and editing content for campaigns across various digital marketing channelsExperience of data analytics and reportingBudget management experienceKnowledge of marketing campaign management, systems and reportingDeep understanding of customer needs and delivering exceptional customer experiencesSkillsStrategic thinking and ability to develop and implement marketing strategies that align with business goalsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsAbility to work effectively with cross-functional teams to achieve shared goalsAbility to prioritise and manage multiple initiatives simultaneouslyProficiency in analysing marketing data, identifying trends, extracting actionable insights and reporting on key metricsHigh attention to detail including strong editorial skillsTeam management, coaching and trainingWhy APM?Were Association for Project Management (APM).
