Customer Operations Supervisor

Location: Feltham Salary: Up to £44k DOE M4 Recruitment is currently recruiting for an experienced Customs Operations Supervisor to join a leading freight forwarding and logistics organisation in London. This is a key role responsible for overseeing customs operations across nominated customer accounts, ensuring compliance, operational excellence and outstanding customer service.

Key Responsibilities Manage day-to-day customs operations for nominated accounts. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and key stakeholders. Ensure full compliance with SLAs, contracts and customs requirements.

Monitor operational performance, volumes, revenue and profitability. Produce regular and monthly customs reporting. Drive improvements in quality, efficiency and working practices. Support strategic account plans and identify opportunities for business development.

Coordinate activities across customer teams and internal departments. Act as the key customer representative within the organisation. Support and develop team members and contribute to project initiatives. About You Minimum 5 years' senior-level experience within freight forwarding and customs.

Strong, in-depth knowledge of customs processes and regimes. Experience within freight forwarding, logistics and supply chain environments. Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills. Strong organisational and project management abilities.

Commercially aware with a focus on performance and profitability. Confident managing customer relationships and working with multiple stakeholders. Strategic, proactive and results-driven, with excellent people skills. Fluent English is essential; additional languages would be advantageous.
