Customer Relationship Executive

Customer Relationship Executive - role at Eminox - Part of the Hexadex group of companies, an employee owned business, located in Gainsborough. We are looking for a confident and customer-focused Customer Relationship Executive to join our Customer Service Team at Eminox.

Reporting to the Senior Customer Relationship Manager, you will be a key point of contact for customers, managing orders and schedules from receipt through to despatch while ensuring excellent communication and service.

Key responsibilities include

Building and maintaining strong customer relationships Processing customer orders and schedules Keeping customers updated on delivery dates and product availability Managing and resolving customer queries Maintaining accurate pricing, order and delivery information Working closely with Planning, Purchasing and other internal teams Supporting demand management and departmental KPIs

About you

You will be a confident communicator with excellent organisational skills and attention to detail. You'll be comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment and have a proactive, positive approach to problem solving.

Previous experience in customer service, order management, manufacturing or automotive would be advantageous. If you're organised, customer-focused and enjoy building strong relationships, we'd love to hear from you. Please ensure that you have the right to work in the UK.
