Job Description Role: Customer Service ExecutiveCompany: Mid Size Family Feel BusinessBased: NewmarketOffer: £29,500Were delighted to be working with a well-established, highly respected business in Newmarket. They are seeking a Customer Service Executive to join their friendly team on a full-time, permanent basis.
This is a full-time office-based role, Monday to Friday, with two Saturdays per month from 9:00am to 12:30pm.
Key responsibilities will include
Handling incoming calls and customer enquiries in a professional and helpful mannerAssisting customers with bookings and reservationsAdvising customers on products and services, using your knowledge to find the right optionsUpdating and maintaining the CRM system with accurate customer informationSupporting the wider team with general administration and customer service tasksWere looking for someone who: Has a friendly and professional telephone mannerHas excellent communication and customer service skillsIs organised with strong attention to detailIs confident using IT systems and comfortable learning new softwareHas a positive, proactive approach and enjoys working as part of a teamThis is a great opportunity to join a stable and supportive business, with full training provided and the chance to develop your customer service and bookings experience.
