Customer Support Advisor - Coventry CV6

Pay: £14.88 per hour

We are currently recruiting for a Customer Support Advisor to join a busy customer support team based in Coventry CV6.

The Role:

• Respond to customer queries regarding deliveries and services
• Provide friendly and professional first-line customer support
• Accurately log and categorise customer interactions
• Carry out customer verification and security checks
• Identify and escape queries where required
• Work towards individual and team KPIs
• Attend regular training and team meetings
• Take ownership of customer queries and provide a high standard of service

Hours:

• 37.5 hours per week
• Monday to Friday
• Weekends worked on a rotational basis

About You:

• At least 12 months' experience in a similar customer service environment
• Strong communication skills
• Customer-focused with a professional and positive attitude
• Able to multitask, prioritise and work under pressure
• Good attention to detail
• Computer literate with knowledge of MS Office
• Organised and self-disciplined
• Able to work well as part of a team
• Experience handling customer complaints or working in a B2B environment is desirable
