Customer Support Engineer

Overview

As Customer Support Engineer, you’ll manage technical operations and customer-facing contracts in defence and communications. You will lead cross-functional teams and external contractors to deliver on-site and remote support, installations, and maintenance. Your proactive, client-focused approach will build strong relationships and ensure timely service delivery. This role combines hands-on technical work with clear, audience-tailored communication and collaboration across locations, offering meaningful impact in mission-critical operations.
