I'm recruiting an experienced ERP Programme Manager to support a major Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O Separation Programme. My client is replacing a legacy ERP platform and delivering the change across multiple geographic waves.

This assignment calls for someone who can bring the workstreams into one credible delivery plan. You'll provide programme-level leadership across the D365 implementation, Shared Services Centre transition, data migration, integrations, testing, business readiness and deployment. You'll also oversee the implementation partner's delivery and keep senior stakeholders informed of progress, risks and decisions.

What you'll be doing

  • Building and maintaining an integrated programme roadmap, including milestones, dependencies and the critical path
  • Coordinating Finance, Technology, process owners, the Shared Services Centre and the Separation PMO
  • Tracking implementation partner commitments and bringing their activities into the overall ERP plan
  • Providing clear governance, RAID management, executive reporting and delivery assurance
  • Assessing readiness across data, testing, integrations, training, business change and cutover
  • Coordinating go-live and hypercare across the programme's delivery waves

What you'll bring

  • Proven leadership of complex Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP programmes, Separation experience preferred
  • Experience coordinating multiple workstreams, delivery partners and senior stakeholders
  • Strong programme governance, dependency management and delivery assurance skills
  • Hands-on experience of testing, cutover, go-live and transition into support
  • The ability to mobilise quickly and deliver against fixed deadlines

Experience of a technology separation or a migration from a legacy ERP platform would be particularly relevant.

The work is expected to be delivered 2 days per week on-site from West London. The assignment has a fixed end July 2027, or earlier if the agreed deliverables are completed. It is expected to be outside IR35, subject to formal determination.
