Data & AI Architect Manager

Overview In this role you lead the design and delivery of modern data solutions within a global change and transformation consultancy. You'll work across complex programmes and with senior client stakeholders to shape data platforms, governance, and AI-enabled insights.

You will bridge architecture with business strategy, driving impactful, scalable data initiatives. This is a hands-on, advisory leadership role with ownership of modern AI and data transformation programmes in a client-facing context.

Pay / Benefits hybrid working private medical plan health cash plan enhanced parental leave workplace savings benefits flexible time off Responsibilities Lead end-to-end data architecture spanning ingestion, processing, storage and analytics Design and implement modern data platforms (Snowflake, Microsoft Fabric) and pipelines Develop conceptual, logical and physical data models Integrate cloud data architecture with legacy systems Establish data governance, quality, security and compliance Embed AI/ML, automation and predictive data solutions into data architectures Deliver data visualization and translate insights into business outcomes Provide architecture governance and technical leadership Key requirements 5+ years in data engineering / architecture Proven track record designing data platforms and pipelines Cloud experience across AWS, Azure or GCP Strong understanding of modern data architecture and modelling Experience with Snowflake or Microsoft Fabric Experience with Power BI, Tableau, Looker or similar Knowledge of data governance and AI governance Advisory and stakeholder management skills with senior audiences Ability to bridge technical architecture with broader business strategy AI experience relevant to embedding AI in data solutions, automation and data quality stakeholder management strategic advisory clear communication with executives Snowflake Microsoft Fabric Power BI
