The role
/strong /p p Data Analyst - SQL, Office-based, Salford, Manchester. /p p br /p p strong Skillset: /strong /p p br /p p Must haves; /p p br /p ul li SQL /li li Power BI report development (including DAX, Power Query, Parameters) /li li Semantic model development /li li Advanced Excel skills, including Data Connections, Power Query, and Power Pivot /li li Intermediate or advanced T-SQL /li li Debugging and troubleshooting skills /li li Experience with Sage 200, Linnworks, Peoplevox or Google Analytics 4 (GA4) is beneficial, though transferable skills from similar systems are equally valued. /li /ul p br /p p Desirable; /p ul li Microsoft Fabric or other cloud data services incorporating data lake, data warehouse, data pipelines, analytics business intelligence /li li Power BI calculation groups, bookmarks, semantic model incremental refresh /li li Tabular Editor /li li Excel dynamic array functions /li li Python, Pandas, NumPy, Matplotlib /li li Sage 200 /li li Linnworks /li li Peoplevox /li li Google Analytics (GA4) /li /ul p br /p p strong Working arrangements: /strong /p p 5 days a week, onsite, Salford, Manchester. /p p br /p p They are looking for an experienced Data Analyst to join their growing data team and make a real impact. /p p br /p p You’ll have experience gathering and manipulating data from multiple systems to deliver meaningful business insights, and be confident in challenging requirements to refine briefs. /p p br /p p As a guardian of data, you’ll take a proactive approach to maintaining and improving data security. /p p br /p p You’ll support teams across e-commerce, finance, buying, merchandising and warehousing by handling ad-hoc analysis and data requests, while contributing to projects that improve automation, data integrity and reporting. /p p br /p p This is a varied role extending beyond reporting, including system configuration, bulk data operations and supporting some manual processes. /p p br /p p strong Excellent
