Data Analyst Location: Bristol (Hybrid – 1/2 times a week) Salary: Up to 65k (Depending on experience) + annual bonus About the Role Were looking for an organised, analytical, and proactive Data Analyst to join a growing team, supporting data-driven decision-making across client implementations, business change initiatives, and internal projects.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working with data in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and is passionate about turning complex information into meaningful insights that improve business performance and decision-making.
Were looking for someone who has: At least 4 years experience in a data analyst, performance analyst, business intelligence analyst or similar role focused on operational or delivery performance. Strong analytical skills, including the ability to profile, cleanse, reconcile and interpret data from multiple sources.
Strong hands-on experience with Azure DevOps. Strong experience using Power BI. Good working knowledge of data querying. Experience and working knowledge of SQL. Good knowledge of Power Query, data modelling, relationships and DAX measures.
Experience defining baselines, targets, KPIs and supporting measures that show performance and progress and outcomes. Strong stakeholder engagement and delivery. Experience presenting analysis and recommendations to senior stakeholders.
