You will lead the development and delivery of our enterprise data, analytics and Artificial Intelligence strategies. This includes establishing strong governance, leading the Data and AI Centre of Excellence, and scaling the delivery of approved solutions across the business.

Combining strategic leadership with hands-on delivery, you will ensure trusted, high-quality data foundations are in place while enabling teams to generate insights through a controlled self-service model. You will champion data governance, standards and best practice, empowering business teams to take greater ownership of reporting and visualisation, supported by robust data structures and oversight.

Working closely with colleagues across the organisation, you will play a key role in preparing the organisation for the responsible, scalable and governed adoption of AI. The Recipe (About the Role) Shape and deliver the enterprise data and analytics strategy, ensuring data supports business growth and decision-making.

Lead the Snowflake data platform, providing trusted, high-quality data across the organisation. Enable self-service reporting through Sigma, Tableau and Microsoft Power BI, supported by clear standards and governance. Establish and lead Centres of Excellence for Data therefore, we are seeking candidates who do not require sponsorship.
