Identify opportunities where data, analytics and AI can create business value. Develop and maintain a roadmap of data and analytics initiatives. Act as the primary point of contact between the business and Data Office. Influence investment decisions and prioritisation of data initiatives.
Track and communicate business outcomes and value delivered. Support data-driven decision-making across multiple business functions. Promote data literacy and encourage adoption of analytical solutions. Work collaboratively with Data, Technology, Risk and Change teams.
Profile Data & Analytics Business Partner This is a business-facing data leadership role, not a technical data delivery position. A successful 'Data & Analytics Business Partner' should have: Experience in a Data, Analytics, Business Partnering, Strategy or Transformation role.
Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to engage senior executives. Experience translating business requirements into data and analytics solutions. Understanding of data management, analytics, reporting and emerging AI capabilities.
Experience delivering change, transformation or strategic initiatives. Excellent communication and influencing skills. Ability to work across multiple business areas and manage competing priorities.
