Data Integrity & Governance Manager

6-Month Contract | Outside IR35 £500-£600pd 3 Days per Week Onsite Near Halifax THE COMPANY A well-established organisation is embarking on a significant data transformation programme and is looking for a Data Governance & Integrity Programme Manager to help drive improvements in data quality, governance and master data management across the business.

This is an opportunity to play a key role in establishing governance frameworks, improving data ownership and stewardship, and ensuring business-critical data is trusted, accurate and fit for purpose. THE ROLE As the Data Governance & Integrity Programme Manager,

you will

Lead data governance and data quality initiatives across the organisation Establish and embed data ownership and stewardship frameworks Drive data integrity, cleansing and remediation activities Develop governance policies, standards and controls Facilitate workshops and engage with stakeholders across multiple business functions Work closely with technology and business teams to improve management of master and reference data Support the delivery of a wider data transformation programme Monitor governance adherence and drive continuous improvement in data management practices YOUR SKILLS & EXPERIENCE The successful candidate will have: Experience delivering Data Governance, Data Quality or Master Data Management initiatives Strong stakeholder engagement and workshop facilitation skills Experience developing governance frameworks, policies and standards A strong understanding of data stewardship, ownership and data quality controls Experience leading data remediation, cleansing or data improvement programmes The ability to translate business requirements into practical governance solutions Experience working within complex, multi-stakeholder organisations Desirable Experience with Master Data Management (MDM) initiatives Exposure to Microsoft data technologies including Microsoft Purview Experience supporting wider data transformation programmes ...
