Data Migration Analyst

Salary: £50,000 - 60,000 per year Requirements Proven experience in a Data Migration or Data Integration role Strong understanding of data mapping, ETL and data transformation Experience working on complex system integration or migration projects Strong SQL skills Experience using data analysis tools such as Excel, Python or similar Experience with data migration tools Ability to understand system architecture, data structures and integration points Strong data analysis and problem-solving skills A track record of maintaining data integrity throughout migrations Ability to manage multiple workstreams and work to tight deadlines Experience with data governance frameworks, cloud-based data environments and CRM/platform migrations would also be beneficial Responsibilities Supporting end-to-end migration of data from legacy into new environments Analysing source-system data and identifying data quality issues Defining and documenting mappings between legacy and target systems Extracting, transforming and loading data in line with migration requirements Translating business requirements into technical data mappings and rules Developing and executing migration test plans and scripts Reconciling migrated data to ensure completeness and accuracy Troubleshooting migration issues and supporting post-migration activity Maintaining clear documentation covering mappings, transformations and quality checks Working closely with business users, technical teams, vendors and programme stakeholders Contributing to migration strategy, planning and execution Technologies Cloud CRM ETL Excel Support Python SQL More We are recruiting for an experienced Data Migration Analyst to support a programme of complex data migration and integration activities.

This is a permanent, full-time opportunity based in the West Midlands with hybrid working and a salary of up to £60,000.
