What We’re Looking ForThis role would suit someone who:Has experience working with children in a school or similar settingIs caring, patient and confident supporting learnersCan adapt quickly to new classroom environmentsIs reliable, proactive and professionalUnderstands the importance of safeguardingTA qualifications are welcome, but experience and attitude are just as important.
