Job Description Blue Arrow are recruiting for experienced chefs to work with our clients in the Telford and surrounding area. Working mainly in an education setting, your main duties will include: Cooking from fresh following the set weekly menu rotaAssisting the chef managerLeading the kitchen team in the absence of the chef managerStock control including orderingPortion controlEnsuring high standards of food & kitchen hygiene are kept at all timesRecording daily & weekly paperwork accurately including daily fridge temperature checksEnsuring all dietary needs are metQualifications & experiencePrevious experience in high volume catering is essentialFood hygiene level 2 or 3 dated within the last 3 yearsEnhanced child DBS dated within the last 12 months or registered on the update service - Preferred but not essentialAllergen trainingWhy Choose Blue Arrow?
