Job summaryOperates and maintains imaging/scanning and PC equipment to process and verify quantities of documents according to specifications.

Your role in our mission: Preparation of highly sensitive documents - removing staples, gluing torn pages, maintain document orderAssigning document types to different stack structures. Separating documents after identifying specific features.

Scanning documents, operating high-performance scanners and visually checking image quality according to work instructionsChecking, labelling and archiving processed stacks Searching for requested documents and sending them for further processingValued skills and experience:Very good comprehension and organizational talentIndependent, precise way of workingExperience with high-performance scanners desiredReliable, flexible, able to work in a team and communicateTrustworthy handling of customer dataHigh quality awareness and consistent performancePC skills advantageousLanguages: knowledge of German, basic knowledge of English would be an advantageCategory: Operations Group
