Delivery Driver - Luton

Love being on the move, meeting new people and delivering outstanding service every day? At Ocado Logistics, our Delivery Drivers, or as we call them, Customer Service Team Members, do far more than simply deliver groceries.

You'll combine safe, professional driving with genuine customer care. Every delivery is an opportunity to make somebody's day a little easier and a little better. You'll work independently on the road, with pre-loads your van, allowing you to focus on what matters most: delivering great service safely, efficiently and with a positive attitude.

In return, you'll receive premiums on top of your base pay, increasing average hourly earnings to £14.01 per hour. Better still, all your breaks are paid, meaning every minute you're at work, you're getting paid. You can also boost your earnings further through enhanced overtime rates, helping fund those special occasions or simply giving you extra flexibility.

Requirements To apply, you must have: A Full UK or EU Driving Licence A minimum of 12 months driving experience No more than 6 penalty points No driving disqualifications within the last 5 years As some deliveries contain alcohol products, applicants must be 18 years of age or older.

Pay Frequency This position is paid on a lunar payroll cycle, meaning you will be paid every four weeks according to a monthly payroll schedule. Please take this into consideration before applying.
