Are you experienced in demand planning, S&OP or customer supply chain? Do you thrive working across forecasting, customer relationships and cross-functional planning? Are you ready to shape how customer demand is forecast, planned and delivered within a leading food manufacturer?
MacGregor Black are partnering with a Leading FMCG Business on the search for a Demand Planner. This is a permanent role based in Somerset.
Key Responsibilities
Own and keep the sales forecast accurate across customers and product lines. Build rolling forecasts using input from customers, Commercial, Planning, Operations and Finance. Main customer contact for forecasting and service performance.
Track forecast accuracy and bias, reduce it through consistent reporting. Lead the demand side of S&OP, aligning forecasts with production capacity and stock levels.
What We're Looking For
Experience in demand planning, customer supply chain, S&OP or commercial planning. FMCG, food or drinks manufacturing experience. Proven track record working directly with customers on forecasts and service. Strong analytical skills, advanced Excel, Power BI a plus.
