Dental Sales SpecialistLocation: Office based in Loughborough (Field‑based -Covering the Midlands & Yorkshire) Pay Rate: £22.14 per hourAbout the RoleWe are recruiting for a Dental Sales Specialist to join our clients Oral Care section, supporting and growing our dental portfolio across the Midlands and Yorkshire.
This is a field‑based, customer‑facing role, operating within clinical environments in a strictly non‑clinical capacity. You will work independently within a structured sales framework, engaging dental professionals using approved messaging, maintaining accurate CRM reporting, and delivering compliant, consultative sales activity.BPSS level screening is appropriate for this role, as it does not involve access to secure sites or sensitive infrastructure.
DBS will need to be obtained prior to starting. Key ResponsibilitiesManage and grow your assigned territory to meet and exceed annual sales targetsPromote and sell Solventum's dental portfolio, including Scotchbond, Filtek, and Relyx productsMaintain and develop relationships with existing dental practice customersSupport Key Account Teams (KAT) with hospital and large dental group accounts within your territoryDeliver clinical product knowledge through consultative selling approachesComplete Salesforce CRM activities, including visit logging and lead managementTrack and review Point of Sale (POS) data using Power BIMonitor competitor activity and liaise with Clinical Specialists for insight and guidanceOperate compliantly within clinical environments at all timesEnvironmentField‑based role involving regular travel to dental practicesIndependent working with structured targets and reportingCustomer‑facing within healthcare settings (non‑clinical)High compliance standards, approved messaging, and CRM discipline requiredSkills & ExperienceEssential:Proven field‑based sales or account management experienceExperience within the dental or healthcare sectorStrong CRM knowledge ((url removed) or similar)Analytical and data‑driven approachConfident, professional communicator with strong relationship‑building skillsHighly motivated, resilient, and target‑driven mindsetGood organisational and territory‑planning skillsDesirable:Experience in dental, medical devices, or healthcare salesFamiliarity with Power BI or sales performance analytics toolsAttributes & BehavioursSuccessful candidates will demonstrate behaviours aligned to business values:Put People First - customer‑centric, respectful, and ethicalWin with Excellence - high standards and pride in executionSolve What Matters - solution‑focused, not transactionalAdvance Together - collaborative with peers and managersLive with Heart - authentic, resilient, and positiveEligibility RequirementsValid UK driving licenceAbility to travel regularly across the assigned territoryEducationNo formal qualifications requiredBasic technical competence essential, including CRM systems, standard business tools, and applied product knowledgeNo clinical qualifications requiredInterview ProcessStage 1: Initial screening / virtual interview (phone or Teams)Stage 2: Formal interview (typically face‑to‑face at the office in Loughborough)Adecco acts as an employment agency for permanent recruitment and an employment business for the supply of temporary workers.
