Deployment Engineer

Overview

In this role you will lead a Windows 11 laptop refresh program, delivering smooth deployments and end-user support. You will work within a cross-functional team to scale device rollouts and ensure reliable configurations. You will drive imaging, configuration, and asset documentation to minimize downtime. This position offers hands-on deployment work with a focus on user experience and operational efficiency. You’ll play a key part in a large-scale transition that supports the organization’s IT modernization goals.

Responsibilities

• Unpack, build, and configure laptops/desktops
• Reimage devices for deployment
• Asset tagging and documentation of hardware
• Provide administration and end-user support during rollout
• Engage with users on-site to ensure smooth transitions

Key requirements

• Experience with large-scale device deployment in a professional environment
• Proficiency with Autopilot, Intune and SCCM
• Understanding of Windows 10/11 administration and support
