What You'll Be Doing Leading, motivating and developing a team of workshop and field-based engineers Taking full ownership of the day-to-day running of the depot Planning workloads and ensuring a fast, efficient service for customers Building strong customer relationships and supporting business growth Driving operational performance, service quality and customer satisfaction Managing stock, resources and depot performance Championing health
