Deputy General Manager - Clinical

• Deputy General Manager (RN) - Care Home
• Location: Darlington, Durham, DL1 1JF
• Hours: 40 hours per week
• Pay : £49,857 per annum

The Role

• Support the General Manager and lead the home in their absence
• Oversee care standards through audits, clinical supervision, and compliance checks
• Lead and inspire a multidisciplinary team to deliver exceptional care
• Develop and implement strategies to enhance resident wellbeing and quality of life
• Essential Criteria:
• Registered Nurse (NMC) with mentoring/supervision qualification
• Previous experience as a Clinical Deputy within a Care Home
• Experience supporting residents with varied health needs
• Strong track record in safeguarding, clinical risk assessment, and HR processes
• Knowledge of budget management, sales & marketing
