We're working with a growing technology-driven legal services provider firm seeking a Deputy Head of Legal to support the leadership and development of its legal function. This is a senior appointment suited to an experienced residential property professional looking to step into a strategic leadership role.

The Role
Support the Head of Legal in overseeing the legal function Assist in maintaining high standards of legal and regulatory compliance Provide guidance and support to conveyancers and legal teams Monitor quality, risk, and service delivery across the practice Support training, mentoring, and professional development initiatives Assist with complaints resolution and continuous improvement activities Work closely with senior stakeholders to enhance operational and client outcomes Help ensure the firm maintains best practice across residential conveyancing matters
About You
Be a qualified Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer, or Chartered Legal Executive in England & Wales.
