About the Role We are excited to be working with an Outstanding-rated mixed school in Barnet to recruit a Design & Technology Teacher. This full-time, permanent position offers an excellent opportunity to teach D&T up to KS5, supporting students in developing hands-on problem-solving skills, creativity, and an understanding of modern technology and sustainable design.

- Teach Design & Technology across KS3, KS4, and KS5, focusing on product design, engineering, and sustainability
- Guide students in using advanced technology such as CAD/CAM, 3D printing, and industry-standard software
- Support students in GCSE and A-Level coursework, ensuring creativity and technical excellence
- Work collaboratively to enhance the D&T curriculum with industry trends and innovative learning strategies
- Contribute to extracurricular activities such as STEM clubs, engineering projects, and national design competitions Qualifications and Experience
- Degree in Design & Technology, Engineering, or a related subject
- PGCE or QTS
