Designer / Senior Designer - Façade/Cladding - Hybrid The Company My client operate with a dual capability, acting as both a Principal Contractor and a Specialist Facade Contractor, allowing them to manage complex projects from design through to completion.
The company are growing at an impressive rate, with strong opportunities for career progression. HQ based in North London. The Role - Designer/Senior Designer My client are looking for an experienced Designer, who is comfortable working independently on high pressure projects.
Producing detailed technical drawings, construction details and specifications. Designing for SFS, rainscreen cladding, render and curtain walling. Review architectural and structural drawings to ensure designs are fully coordinated.
Good understanding of UK building regulations, CDM requirements, and compliance standards. Attend design meetings and provide technical expertise on façade and cladding systems. Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and other relevant design software. Designer / Senior Designer - Facade/Cladding
