On a day-today basis the Desktop Support Engineer will: Take responsibility for supporting a global desktop environmentHelp to shape the future of mission-critical IT systemsInterface with all levels of business from peers to CEO globallyTroubleshoot issues, handle escalations and promote change management processesHelp support cloud-based technology as well as WindowsYou will need:3-5 years experience supporting desktops in a mission-critical environmentMicrosoft, including on-prem Active Directory, Azure AD, O365 and Windows OSEnterprise security and firewallsPowerShell scriptingMessageLabs Email Secure gateMicrosoft PowerShellMulti factor authenticationNetworking skills, DNS, DHCP, TCP/IPJIRAAzure/other cloud technologiesThis is a unique opportunity for someone to expand further into web technology.
