DevOps Engineer - Enterprise AI

Overview

As DevOps Engineer for Enterprise AI, you will build, configure and run platforms enabling AI solutions from evaluation to secure production. You will join the Enterprise AI team, collaborating with AI specialists, data scientists and engineers to deploy reliable, scalable AI services. You’ll implement reusable environments, deployment processes and governance to support responsible AI delivery across cloud and hybrid environments. Responsibilities

• Configure secure, scalable environments for AI workloads
• Create repeatable deployment processes for apps, AI services, models and configurations
• Integrate cloud, AI and automation with enterprise systems
• Apply DevOps and MLOps across testing, release management and deployment
• Automate deployment, integration and operational workflows using scripting
• Monitor service performance, availability, reliability, quality, usage and cost
• Implement identity, access, secrets management and security controls
• Support incident resolution and root‑cause analysis
• Establish monitoring, backup, recovery and operating procedures
• Optimize cloud consumption, licensing and capacity
• Create reusable templates, documentation and self‑service capabilities
• Collaborate with security, privacy and compliance teams on responsible AI

Key requirements

• DevOps, cloud engineering, platform administration or MLOps background
• Experience configuring or administering a major cloud or AI platform
• Experience with cloud services including identity, networking, storage and managed services
• Experience integrating packaged technologies with enterprise systems
• Knowledge of CI/CD, configuration management and controlled promotion between environments
• Scripting/automation skills (Python, shell)
• Understanding of APIs, secrets management, vulnerability management and secure configuration
• Experience monitoring production services with logs and metrics
• Strong troubleshooting and root-cause analysis abilities
• Experience working in multidisciplinary agile, product or engineering teams
• Strong communication skills
• Experience with containers, IaC, MLOps, generative AI services or AI platforms beneficial
• Degree or equivalent practical experience welcomed; cloud, DevOps, security, service management or platform certifications advantageous
• Strong communication and ability to explain technical issues clearly
