Diagnostic TechnicianSalary: £40,000 Basic | £50,000+ OTE (Uncapped)Hours: Full-time, 45 hours per week (including weekends on a rota)The OpportunityAn excellent opportunity has arisen for a skilled Diagnostic Technician to join a well-established and forward-thinking automotive group.

Key ResponsibilitiesCarry out advanced diagnostics, fault finding, and complex repairsComplete warranty work and ensure all repairs meet manufacturer standardsDiagnose and resolve complex mechanical and electrical issues using the latest diagnostic equipmentCarry out work on hybrid and electric vehicles (where qualified)Support and mentor junior and apprentice technicians where requiredEnsure all work is completed efficiently, safely, and to a high standard RequirementsLevel 3 (or equivalent) qualification in Light Vehicle Maintenance & RepairRecognised diagnostic qualification or strong diagnostic experienceProven experience as a Diagnostic Technician or Senior Vehicle TechnicianStrong knowledge of modern vehicle systems, including electrical and electronic diagnosticsAbility to work both independently and as part of a teamFull UK Driving Licence What's on OfferCompetitive basic salary with uncapped bonus potential25 days annual leave plus bank holidays (increasing with service)Manufacturer training including hybrid and electric vehicle systemsClear career progression and ongoing development opportunitiesPension scheme and life assuranceEmployee discounts and benefits platformModern workshop with the latest tools and technology About the EmployerOur client is a large and reputable automotive group with a strong presence across the UK.
