You'll work closely with Product, Development, Testing and Systems teams to gather requirements, create user stories, and guide digital projects from concept through to delivery. Key projects include: Loyalty platform migrationSalesforce Commerce Cloud (SFCC) Page Designer implementationMarketing personalisation initiativesMulti-country ecommerce launchOmnichannel customer experience enhancementsWe're looking for: Retail experience is essentialBusiness Analyst experience within digital/ecommerceSalesforce Commerce Cloud (SFCC) exposureStrong Agile experienceExcellent stakeholder management skillsUX/UI knowledge would be a bonusIf this looks of interest, please apply to discuss further.
