You will be part of a friendly and ambitious design team creating sustainable designs for a variety of interesting and prestigious building services projects. This role offers structured development, mentoring, and clear progression as your capabilities grow.

Responsibilities Produce 3D models and drawings from mark-ups. Assist with the preparation of feasibility, design, and contract-level building services drawings. Identify gaps in design information and liaise with engineers to obtain missing details.

Working alongside engineers you will coordinate models between building services, structure, and architectural finishes. Compile drawing & Model packages for issue using Revit, AutoCAD, Adobe PDF and IFC. Maintain and update drawing registers in line with company drawing control procedures.

Set up Revit models. Uploading models and drawings. Support the building performance team by producing plans, sections, and elevations. An understanding of BIM protocols, standards, Level of Detail (LOD) and Level of Information (LOI).

Work collaboratively with the wider design team and assist with the development, support, and training of trainees and work experience students. Experience Required Good working knowledge of Revit and AutoCAD An understanding of building services engineering, buildability, and firestopping principles.

Experience or awareness of: BIM 360 / Forma; Revizto; Clash Detection; COBie data, families, and types; Matterport point clouds; BIM Execution Plans A willingness to work towards a suitable BIM / Revit qualification or certification, if not already held.
