Job Description Digital Marketing ExecutiveRugby 100% full-time office basedSalary Range £27K-£30K dependent on experienceOur client is looking for a creative, ambitious Digital Marketing Executive to help lead their marketing activity.

Youll play a key role in growing their digital presence across social media, video, email and digital campaigns, ensuring their propositions and messaging are consistent, compelling and prominent across all channels. This is a hands-on role for a dynamic, front-of-camera personality who enjoys creating content, understands digital marketing and is confident bringing ideas to life.

Key Responsibilities

Video & ContentScript, film and edit engaging social media and digital video content, including appearing confidently on camera. Develop creative content that brings products and technology to life and increases engagement and brand awareness.

Email MarketingCreate and manage email campaigns across the business divisions. Monitor performance and use insights to continually improve campaigns and engagement. Digital Marketing StrategyTurn the wider marketing strategy and product propositions into effective digital campaigns across social, video, email and advertising.

Maintain a consistent and prominent presence across digital channels. Press & EditorialSupport press releases, product stories and editorial content, helping increase company presence across relevant trade media. Working Across GYSWork closely with multiple sales teams and divisions.

Build relationships across the business to identify content, campaign and customer-story opportunities. Experience & EducationRelevant degree or marketing qualification preferred. Experience in social media and digital content creation, particularly video.

Confident and comfortable appearing on camera. Experience with email marketing and a good understanding of digital marketing. Creative, proactive and commercially minded, with strong communication and organisational skills.
