Jones10@hays.comYour New CompanyA leading professional services firm is seeking a Digital Marketing Manager to join its growing marketing team in London. This is an opportunity to take ownership of digital strategy across multiple service lines, helping to drive lead generation, brand visibility and marketing performance through a broad range of digital channels.

Your New RoleReporting into senior marketing leadership, you will be responsible for developing and delivering the firm's digital marketing strategy while acting as the internal subject matter expert across digital channels.

Key responsibilities include

Managing website performance, user experience and conversion optimisation activities. Leading SEO and PPC strategy to maximise online visibility and lead generation. Driving performance across paid social channels, with a particular focus on LinkedIn advertising.

Supporting email marketing activity, automation programmes and customer journey optimisation. Developing reporting frameworks and dashboards to measure performance and ROI. Managing agency relationships and identifying opportunities for digital innovation, automation and AI adoption.

Collaborating with stakeholders across the business to deliver commercially focused marketing initiatives. What You'll Need To SucceedPrevious experience in a Digital Marketing Manager position or similar. Strong knowledge of SEO, PPC, paid social and website optimisation.

Experience using tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, Search Console and reporting platforms. Knowledge of CMS platforms, email marketing systems and marketing automation tools. Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable recommendations.
