Digital organisation design and transformation experts(X2 Full time employee)

Skills and experience

Proven experience in digital transformation strategy and delivery , ideally within complex engineering or defence environments. Strong background in organisational design , including operating model development and workforce planning for digital-first organisations.

Expertise in implementing fast paced Agile ways of working Expertise in change management and stakeholder engagement , with the ability to influence senior leadership and cross-functional teams. Demonstrated ability to deliver large-scale digital programs , balancing programme demands within a security conscious organisation.
