This is a senior, client-facing leadership role for someone who combines technology expertise, commercial acumen and consulting experience. You'll lead complex transformation engagements, advise C-suite stakeholders and help organisations generate measurable business value from their technology investments.

Key ResponsibilitiesLead large-scale, complex Technology & Digital Transformation programmesAdvise C-suite clients on technology strategy, investment and value creationDevelop technology strategies, operating models, capabilities and governanceLead IT cost optimisation, outsourcing and transformation initiativesDeliver technology assessments, re-platforming, rationalisation and consolidation programmesSupport Technology Due Diligence, M&A, carve-outs and integrationsDevelop target architectures and strategic technology roadmapsLead turnaround programmes for complex or challenged technology initiativesBuild trusted relationships with senior client executivesIdentify, shape and develop new business opportunitiesLead and develop high-performing consulting teamsBuild market presence and contribute to new propositions and thought leadershipExperience RequiredSignificant experience at Director / senior consulting leadership levelStrong background within Technology Advisory, Technology Strategy or TransformationIdeally a combination of consulting and industry experienceExpertise across at least two areas including IT Strategy, IT Cost Optimisation, Architecture, Infrastructure & Operations, Software Delivery, Governance or Target Operating ModelsProven experience leading large and complex transformation engagementsStrong understanding of technology value creation and commercial driversExperience with technology assessments, strategic architecture and operating model designExposure to M&A, Due Diligence, Carve-Outs or Post-Merger Integration highly desirableStrong commercial instincts with experience developing client opportunitiesExcellent C-suite stakeholder management and advisory skillsStrong financial literacy, analytical and problem-solving capabilitiesExperience across Consumer, Retail, TMT or Financial Services would be particularly valuableWillingness to travel across EMEA when requiredWhat's On OfferSalary up to 240,000Market-leading benefits packageSenior leadership position within a global advisory consultancyExposure to major UK and international transformation engagementsOpportunity to advise C-suite and executive-level clientsSignificant influence over technology strategy and value creation programmesHybrid London workingEMEA client exposureOpportunity to develop new business and build market presenceExcellent long-term leadership and career progressionThis is an excellent opportunity for an established Technology Transformation Director / Technology Advisory Director who combines technical credibility, consulting leadership and commercial capability and wants to work on some of the most complex transformation challenges in the market.
