you will
Lead business development and secure highprofile commissions. Drive bids and presentations that win landmark projects. Strengthen client partnerships and open new strategic doors. Provide design and technical leadership across multiple stages.
Mentor and inspire teams building capability and confidence. Represent the practice at industry events and forums. Work closely with fellow Directors and the Board to ensure the practice continues to thrive and expand. About You ARBregistered Architect operating at Director level with at least 10 years postqualification experience.
Proven success in winning work across Health Science or Education. Strong industry network and deep knowledge of public procurement. Track record in leading bids and delivering complex highvalue projects. Strategic thinker with excellent communication and leadership skills.
