Heard by the boardSupporting the head of the Delay practise, you'll run significant matters, help steer strategy, and play a meaningful role in growing the business, without bureaucracy, politics, or being buried under layers of management.

What You'll Be Doing

Leading complex expert witness and advisory assignments (delay and related)Acting as a key client interface with top-tier law firms, funders, and corporatesSupporting the Managing Directors in shaping service lines, standards, and strategyMentoring and developing consultantsContributing to business development in a way that feels natural to youWho This Is ForYou're likely already operating at Associate Director or Director level in a recognised expert witness consultancy, and: You are acting as an expert testimony experience not essential Well qualified and / or chartered You are well-regarded by clients and peersYou combine technical authority with commercial judgementYou enjoy responsibility and autonomyYou want to be part of a leadership group where your voice actually mattersYou care about quality, reputation, and long-term value not just short-term winsWhat the client offers A genuinely senior roleClear path to progress to Managing Director Entrepreneurial culture A best in class team that supports your onward developmentCompetitive remuneration with upside aligned to growthIf of further interest please contact our London office for more information.
