Overview

In this role you will drive performance improvement for private equity-backed and corporate clients, focusing on supply chain and cash/EBITDA enhancement. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders to deliver high-impact initiatives using analytics and AI-enabled tools. The opportunity sits within Deloitte’s Value Creation Services, contributing to rapid, sustainable operational change. You will shape and implement sourcing and demand planning improvements that unlock value at pace.

Responsibilities

• Assess value creation potential in sourcing and demand planning to identify high-impact initiatives
• Develop work products and tools for spend cube management, contract performance management, and ML-enabled demand planning
• Perform quantitative analyses for should-cost modelling and price determination; engage suppliers to negotiate favorable terms
• Collaborate with client management to secure buy-in and implement initiatives within tight timelines
• Coordinate with SR&T Advisory and Deloitte network to provide a clear view of operations, gaps, and rapid improvement opportunities
• Manage and develop diverse teams in an inclusive culture

Key requirements

• Demonstrable track record delivering sourcing and demand planning improvement programs in consultancy or corporate
• Experience with private equity portfolio companies preferred
• Strong spend cube analytics, should-cost modelling, demand planning, and cash optimisation
• Proven business development experience and ability to generate leads
• Experience navigating C-suite and senior stakeholders
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Analytical mindset with data/MI-driven approach
• Experience in managing and developing talent
