JudoScotland is seeking a Head of Pathway and Performance, a pivotal leadership role in strengthening Scotland's athlete development system. The successful candidate will provide strategic leadership across the performance pathway, working with staff, coaches, clubs and performance partners to align and accelerate long-term development.
