Description Priory Hospital Newbury £55,000 per annum Full Time 37.5 Hours Priory Hospital Newbury has an opportunity for a Director of Clinical Services to join our team. Priory Hospital Newbury, Berkshire is a level 2 rehabilitation service supporting adult males with mental health needs, working towards community reintegration.

Reporting to the Hospital Director, you will be a key member of the Hospital Senior Management Team, providing strong clinical leadership across our nursing and therapy services.
You will have overall responsibility for the safe, effective and high-quality delivery of clinical services, ensuring our patients receive the highest standards of care and support. You will lead clinical services across our two wards: a 12-bed Rehabilitation & Recovery (R&R) ward and an 18-bed Acute ward.
Working collaboratively with colleagues across the hospital, you will promote a positive, patient-centred culture, drive continuous improvement and ensure our clinical teams are supported to deliver the best possible outcomes and experience for our patients.
