The successful candidate will be responsible for defining and executing the engineering strategy, overseeing engineering deliverables, and ensuring the engineering organisation meets business objectives.
Key responsibilities
Lead engineering and R&D teams across three locations. Develop and implement the engineering strategy. Oversee engineering delivery, performance, and continuous improvement. Align engineering activities with business goals. Essential
requirements
Significant experience leading an engineering or R&D organisation. Strong background in the development of both mechanical and electronic/electrical products. Experience within a regulated industry, such as defence, aerospace, medical devices, or marine Degree qualified in Electronics, mechanical or a related discipline.
