Global Market Access Lead - Fixed Term Contract Location: UK or Germany Global role A global pharmaceutical company is looking for a Global Market Access Lead within its Global Marketing & Market Access function. This is a senior, high-impact Fixed Term Contract role, responsible for shaping and delivering global market access, pricing and reimbursement strategies across both pipeline and commercialised products. Key responsibilities

  • Develop and lead global market access and pricing strategies across key international markets
  • Generate and translate payer insights into actionable access strategies and value propositions
  • Lead payer research and advisory activities to understand unmet needs and evolving requirements
  • Develop global payer value propositions that can be adapted to local markets
  • Partner closely with Clinical, Medical Affairs, Evidence Generation, Regulatory and Commercial teams to embed access considerations early in product development
  • Shape evidence and data strategies to support reimbursement and launch success
  • Develop core market access materials, including access strategies and pricing frameworks
  • Provide strategic guidance to regional market access teams on pricing, reimbursement and access challenges
  • Represent the payer perspective within cross-functional teams and governance forums
  • Support launch sequencing, lifecycle management and negotiation strategies as required What we’re looking for
  • Advanced degree in a relevant health economics, scientific or business discipline (e.g. PhD, MD, MBA)
  • Significant healthcare experience, ideally within pharma or healthcare consulting
  • Strong track record developing and executing global market access strategies and supporting successful product launches
  • Broad understanding of international market dynamics across North America, Europe and Asia
  • Strong understanding of the drug development and commercialisation process
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to connect insights across functions and translate them into practical solutions
  • Comfortable working across geographies, cultures, functions and time zones in a matrix environment
  • Excellent communication skills and strong executive presence
  • Collaborative, ethical and commercially minded approach
