Job Description Ready to shape the future of an organisation through people, culture, and workforce planning? We're recruiting for a Director of People and Culture to join the Executive Leadership Team and lead the organisation's people strategy, culture, and workforce planning agenda.
The role will see you: Developing and delivering a strategic People and Culture planLeading workforce planning, talent, and organisational developmentAdvising senior leaders on culture, engagement, and employee experienceLeading and developing the People teamWe're looking for someone with: Senior People and Culture leadership experienceCIPD qualified (or equivalent)Experience delivering people strategies and workforce plansStrong leadership, influencing, and stakeholder management skillsWhat's on offer?
