Dispatch Operative

Job Overview

Join our client in their dispatch team as a Dispatch Operative for a manufacturing company in Corby, helping ensure goods are stored, prepared and sent out accurately. You'll support the movement of stock through the warehouse and work with colleagues to keep orders flowing.

Responsibilities

Pick, pack and stock goods, checking items against order details.

Handle materials and load or unload deliveries safely.

Support shipping and receiving, keeping stock and dispatch records up to date.

Use a warehouse management system.

Your impact: Accurate picking and careful dispatch checks help customers receive the right goods and enable colleagues to plan stock reliably.

Requirements

Previous experience in a dispatch, warehouse or manufacturing role is preferred.

Good attention to detail and the ability to check orders accurately.

Ability to work to deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Good organisational and communication skills.

Reliable, punctual and able to work as part of a team.

A flexible and proactive approach to work.

Manual handling.

Monday to Thursday 08.00-16.30 Friday 08.00-13.30
