Litigation Solicitor (4+ PQE) - Romford, Essex An excellent opportunity for a junior Litigation Solicitor to develop their career alongside the firm's Senior Litigation Solicitor, gaining broad exposure to a genuinely varied caseload.
The Firm This is a long-standing, multi-service practice with offices across Essex, having built a loyal client base over 70 years. The firm is Lexcel and CQS accredited, and acts for a wide range of commercial and private clients across litigation, property, family and private client work.

The Role You will work closely with the firm's Senior Litigation Solicitor, assisting on a broad and varied caseload of general litigation. The work will include but is not limited to assisting on matters for commercial and individual clients across inheritance disputes, landlord and tenant matters, breach of contract claims, debt recovery, insolvency, negligence and commercial litigation.
The firm is looking to grow out its contentious probate practice, so experience in this area would be advantageous, though not essential. This role offers a genuine opportunity to work closely with the department's senior solicitor, creating real scope for progression.
Requirements 4+ years PQE Solicitor with general litigation experience contentious probate experience is advantageous although not essential.
