The role will suit a candidate who has expertise in commercial disputes, including breach of contract, franchising, commercial landlord and tenant disputes, commercial property disputes, shareholder disputes, partnership disputes, insolvency litigation, professional negligence claims, adjudication and arbitration, and debt recovery.
You will be involved in a full range of dispute resolution services to our commercial, institutional, and private clients. The work will include a mix of both general commercial litigation and contractual disputes. The ideal candidate will be somebody looking to progress their career to Associate level.
