Dispute Resolution Solicitor

The Role

An established and highly regarded law firm is looking for a Dispute Resolution Lawyer to join its growing team.

You will manage a varied caseload of civil and commercial disputes, advising both private individuals and businesses. The role will have a particular focus on property and landlord & tenant disputes, alongside a broad range of other contentious matters.

Key Responsibilities

Manage a varied dispute resolution and civil litigation caseload.

Advise clients on property and landlord & tenant disputes.

Handle commercial disputes, professional negligence, intellectual property, boundary disputes and contested wills/estates.

Deal with urgent matters, including injunctions where required.

Manage cases appropriate to your level of experience.

Develop and maintain strong client relationships.

Contribute to networking, marketing and business development.

Support and provide guidance to colleagues where appropriate.

Maintain high standards of compliance, file management and client care.

Requirements

Qualified Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive.

Strong experience in dispute resolution and civil litigation.

Experience managing a caseload independently.

Property and landlord & tenant litigation experience is advantageous.

Strong drafting, research, negotiation and communication skills.

Well-organised, commercially aware and able to prioritise urgent matters.

A genuine interest in developing client relationships and contributing to business development.
