Job Description Dispute Resolution Solicitor (3+ years PQE) Location: Glasgow or Edinburgh, City Centre Working hours: 35 hours Monday Friday 09:00 17:00 Jones Whyte's Dispute Resolution team handles some of Scotland's most complex commercial litigation, from high-value contract disputes to contentious property and employment matters.

The Role As a Solicitor in our Dispute Resolution department, we will require you to manage a varied caseload of commercial disputes and to represent clients in courts across Scotland. The ideal candidate will be client focused and proactive with a positive attitude and flexible approach.
