and surrounding areasA Domiciliary Care Worker provides personalized support to vulnerable individuals in their own homes, helping them maintain independence, safety, and dignity. Key duties include assisting with personal hygiene (washing, dressing), medication management, meal preparation, light housekeeping, companionship, and mobility support based on tailored care plans.

Key Responsibilities and Duties Personal Care: Assisting with showering, bathing, toileting, dressing, and grooming. Medication Management: Prompting, assisting, or administering medication as prescribed. Domestic Support: Light cleaning, laundry, bed-making, and vacuuming to maintain a safe environment.

Meal Preparation: Preparing meals, snacks, and drinks, and assisting with feeding if necessary. Companionship & Socialization: Providing emotional support, reducing loneliness, and assisting with community integration or hobbies.

Mobility & Safety: Assisting with transferring (e.g., bed to chair) and using mobility aids. Monitoring & Reporting: Observing changes in health, behavior, or physical condition and reporting to managers or families.
