Were looking for a Field Sales Executive to join a well established business, representing a trusted local brand and helping to grow its customer base across the Shrewsbury area. This is a people focused, field based sales role where you'll spend your time out and about speaking directly with potential customers, introducing them to a range of quality products and services and turning conversations into new business.
The RoleAs a Field Sales Executive, youll be responsible for: Carrying out targeted door to door canvassing across allocated areasPromoting a well-established local delivery serviceActing as a professional and enthusiastic brand ambassadorSpeaking with members of the public and introducing them to the products and services availableBuilding rapport quickly and confidently handling objectionsUsing a positive approach to turn conversations into opportunitiesTaking details from new customers and ensuring information is passed to the relevant teamsTravelling between target locationsWorking towards agreed sales targets and activity plansFollowing company procedures and maintaining high standards of customer serviceAbout YouWe're looking for someone who is: Confident and comfortable approaching new peopleNaturally positive, enthusiastic and motivatedA strong communicator who can build relationships quicklySelf-motivated and able to work independentlyComfortable working towards targetsTrustworthy, reliable and hardworkingA quick learner with a proactive attitudeAble to multitask and solve problems effectivelyConfident speaking with members of the publicA full UK driving licence holderPrevious sales experience would be advantageous, but it's not essential .
